Another sleep in day... That's unheard of. But we did it. After dragging ourselves out of bed we made it to the bike shop to pick up our bikes from a weekend at the spa. Well the weekend at the spa didn't really help the ladies too much, the bike shop had offered us a "tune up"which in included tightening cables and adjusting brake pads. However when I found my bike the gear cables were still loose and Kelly's front tire was in major need of air.
All in all though they stored our bikes for the weekend and let us go have an amazing time in Halifax so we weren't going to complain too much.
Heading off to make the short trek to antigonish we made it there in no time. And enjoyed a lovely dinner of pasta and chocolate milk.
